It was during the broadcast of her podcast 'High Low'. In her latest episode, Emily explained that lately she hasn't wanted to commit to anyone and has been enjoying her casual encounters with other guys she's attracted to.

"Every time I go on a date everyone knows about it... even my other dates see it and it gets kind of hard," she explained.

This is something that seems to bother the model, as she doesn't like to know if the men she's seeing are seeing other women at the same time.

"It's been a difficult thing to deal with and the whole thing has caused me a lot of anxiety... at times I've felt ashamed and as though I have to apologise," Ratajkowski confessed.

In addition, the 'High Low' host explained that many of her relationships have been complicated and have ended up fading away due to the "constant media and paparazzi following that caused a lot of pressure and I ended up jumping out".
