Lisa Marie Presley has passed away at 54-years old, just two days after making a public appearance at the 80th edition of the Golden Globe Awards. The singer-songwriter's passing has left a great void in the entertainment industry. She also leaves behind three daughters: actress Riley Keough, Finley Aaron & Harper Vivienne Love Lockwood.
Tributes to Elvis' lone daughter poured in across the entire globe. Notable entertainers also paid their respects to Lisa Marie Presley.
Actress Jennifer Tilly had just visited Graceland
Jennifer Tilly, from films like Liar Liar (1997) and Bride of Chucky (1998), shared a touching tribute to the late Presley. She, coincidentally, had just visited Graceland.
"So sad about Lisa Marie Presley... Rest in Peace, sweet soul", the actress wrote.
"Lisa did not have an easy life, as some may think"
Actress Leah Remini also shared her sadness at the passing of her friend Lisa Marie. "I'm heartbroken over the passing of Lisa Marie Presley. Lisa did not have an easy life, as some might think. May she be at peace, resting with her son and father now. Her mom Priscilla and her three daughters, Riley, Finley, and Harper, are in my prayers."
Her ex-husband, devastated for their daughters
Michael Lockwood, whom Presley was married to from 2006 to 2021, shared a statement to ET through his attorney Joe Yanny: "Michael had been hoping for a speedy and complete recovery because her children needed her. It is very sad it didn't turn out that way. Michael's world has been turned on its ear. He is with both of his daughters now."
Graceland is the Mecca of Elvis Presley fans, so it is only right for them to gather to mourn The King's only daughter's passing.
Plans for a funeral are yet to be released. The family, at this time, has asked for privacy. The official Graceland account shared the following statement: "Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time".
